5.15pm | Yoga with Mariana | 60 minutes, £7.50 | This playful flow will brush off lingering aches, travel stress and arrival worries and make the festival feel like home.
6.30pm | Meditation with Michael | 60 minutes, £7.50 | Settle, arrive and relax your mind into the weekend.
Saturday
9.00am | Morning Flow Yoga - Awaken Your Body, Awaken Your Day with Mariana | 60 minutes | £7.50 | Start your festival morning with an uplifting and grounding yoga flow guided by Mariana. This gentle yet energizing session is designed to awaken the body after a night of camping, bringing warmth to your muscles, openness to your joints, and clarity to your mind. We’ll stretch out the stiffness of the night, activate your breath, and flow through mindful movements that prepare you to fully enjoy the day’s adventures. Expect a juicy mix of sun salutations, heart-openers, and grounding breathwork — all guided with Mariana’s signature nurturing energy.
10.15am | Bubble Circle with Deborah | 60 minutes | £7.50 | Deborah will create a Bubble Circle so you can come and practice the art of Giant Bubble making to give you a mindful moment with the bubbles.
11.30am | Indian Head Massage Workshop with Sophie | 60 minutes | £7.50 | Get to know the ancient art of Indian Head Massage
2.00pm | Intuitive Tarot with Raul | 60 minutes | £7.50 | An enlightening group tarot session where we'll explore the fascinating history, profound symbolism and deeper meanings of the Tarot.
3.15pm | Nature Therapy with Mark | 60 minutes | £7.50 | Nature connection and contemplation to nourish and revitalise you, de-stress and find a place of inner stillness. As we sit together overlooking the river we will experience some simple practises in which we open our senses, connecting more deeply with ourselves, each other and the environment. We will rekindle our natural curiosity to be in a state of openness and receptivity and through this our nervous system can relax and we feel more present and aware. Nature is therapeutic and restorative on many levels and this is a great practice for relaxation and enhanced overall well-being.

Come and learn the most easy and effective ways of increasing happy hormones, feeling the natural highs and banishing the beasts! No drugs needed.
